Sofia Kyriazopoulou-Panagiotopoulou, PhD, Principal Scientist at ArsenalBio, opened the event with “An overview of Machine Learning Applications in Epigenomics”.

After a brief breakout room session followed the talk of Anshul Kundaje, PhD, Assistant Professor of Genetics and of Computer Science at Stanford University, on “Interpretable deep learning oracles to decipher the human genome”.
