We kicked off the year 2021 with our February event on the newest epigenetic trends in the fields of liquid biopsy and cfDNA.
We could not achieve that without the exceptional speakers that joined us that night, lending their long-term experience and deep expertise in bioinformatics of cfDNA analysis, fragmentomics, and beyond.
First, we heard from Nathan Boley, the Founder and CEO of Ravel Biotechnology, who introduced is to how “Cell-free DNA Fragmentation Patterns Reveal Chromatin Structure”, and shared exciting new data from his company.
Next, Ariel Jaimovich, Associate Director, Bioinformatics at Guardant Health, described the journey he and others on his team took in search for the best methods to probe cfDNA for early cancer detection, in his talk “Clinical utility of a multimodal circulating tumor DNA assay for early detection of colorectal cancer”.
